I was attempting to exchange a bracelet purchased online because it was too small. I was told that they didn’t have many bracelets. So I asked to exchange it for any bracelet, I was willing to pay the difference. I just needed one to fit my wrist. I was then told the same thing by another representative that they didn’t have many— only the $65 ones but still didn’t show me. I then told the worker that I drove all the way from Mississippi {70 miles to be exact} and I needed a bracelet. She went in the drawer and found the exact bracelet that I was trying to exchange and it was the next size up from the one I had. SMH. I don’t understand how they were able to shut me out before even checking to see.

I am not satisfied because I stood in the store for 20 minutes before anyone helped me. I was over charged and now I have to drive over 2 hours to go back and get my money!!!

I purchased a charm offline with a discount and I went to exchange it for another charm for Sam’s amount but I was asked to pay a higher price Same merchandise cost but I was expected to pay more money

The warranty on the website states that if a product has a defect the store will replace it with the same item or an item of equal or lesser value, and the sales lady told me that per her manager if the item is retired they can only replace it with the same exact item. That’s not what’s written and her managers attitude was unacceptable as she kept referencing that it was my fault for the item break down because I shouldn’t have been wearing it to a theme park.

The only reason I decided to purchase as much as I did was to qualify for the current promotional item that was supposed to be available. The promotion was available on that individual stores website and the mall's website, but was not offered to me.

The sales person was extremely rude. She acted as if she did not want to be there. She dropped the earrings I was going to purchase on the floor under the counter and then attempted to package them up for me. I had to ask her to clean them because the y fell under the dusty counter. Her name was Chelsea J and the manager, Caucasian lady with black hair was rude as well. I had to tell the sale person the item I wanted was in stock, it was on display. She did even look for it, she just said we do not have it any more

I felt like the sales associate behaved as if I was going to steal the merchandise. She had to go into a cabinet to get the safety chains that I wanted to see. Instead of putting them on the counter she stuck the entire tray in the glass and would only pull out on item at a time and only handling it herself. I had to request to even touch the chains. Not the type of service I’m use to. Very disappointing!
