The worker was very rude. Her tone and tenor was terrible. There was not an ounce of friendliness. On top of that, she was very ill informed about a protocol that happens in other stores…..every time I come to this Pandora, there never fails to be an issue hence why this is my second and final time coming in here. Every time I’ve felt truly unwelcomed or either not effectively helped.

Unfriendly they jump to conclusions for why I was making a return. They was not familiar with the products that I was returning. Overall a bad experience they made me feel so bad I would rather travel 100 miles to the next location

I bought a charm online using a discount promotion but I returned it to the store for another charm same cost but I was told that I had to pay the difference because the online discount wasn’t valid in the store. The manager was just rude and not doing much to go above or beyond to help me. I have been shopping at pandora for years but the encounter I had will prevent me from continuing to shop there

My sales associate as very rude, not assisting in any way at all m. She has an attitude. I definitely will not be returning. I will drive to New Orleans or order online.

Amy was helping a customer before me. She took the charms out and sat them on top of the glass for her to view. When it was my turn I asked if she could pull them out in too if the glass she stated that she could not. I said well you sure did for that other lady she said she did not like I was seeing things. I’ve been to this store before and sales associates always take out the charms and put them on top of the glass. Amy refused to do so. I had a hard time views the charms. I’m guessing because I was black Amy decided not to bring the charm out in too ion the glass like she did for the white lady.

At 11:00 I ordered a new bracelet set for my mother With a few charms. The sales person was nice and very helpful. A few hours later I tried to get another set. A different lady was rude, put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back. Called from a different line while holding she answered. Hung up on me on both lines and didn’t answer again
