Sales associate was not helpful with purchase i was putting my bracelet on by myself due to her nails being false & too long charms rolling all around display case. Just a very bad experience manager came to finish sale and was very friendly & helpful with suggestions for my new bracelet. Previous associate just left not stating anything could have a least informed me someone else would be further assisting me i will never return to this location i rather order online merchandise always available charm i wanted wasnt available in store

When I entered the store I was greeted. When I began to explain what I was looking for in the store the sales associate was very unfriendly and rude. After I found what I was looking for instead of asking was I a new customer she asked the account name. It being my first time in the pandora store purchasing an item I was confused and gave her my name. She then nastily responded that there wasn’t an account under my name. So i asked what she meantand she responded very rudely.

Associate acted like she didn’t want to wait on me.There were some eye concact with her and an other.Then laugh at me. So unprofessional.

This was the worst sales associate I have ever seen. Unfriendly, no help, gave me the wrong size in my bag. Didn’t know the product. Would have purchased much more if I had assistance. Lack of product sad. Lack of professional standards appalling. I will never go back.

Well I was watching all your employees with how they handle there customers and I was very impressed except for the help that I had all the other employees help everyone with great services they sold a product and then went in the back and buff the item and returned it in a nice lil bag all ready to go my help threw my charm in the box that the charm I return in and just threw it in a bag I had to come home and clean my charm before I wrap it it was very dull and full of finger prints

I was able to return and buy more jewelry because it was the same day. Aubre Camp was rude. Aubre Overcharge charge my credit and could not fix the problem after wanting 30 minutes after the store closed.
