Sales associate Kelsie was very pleasure, Kelsie showed me different options for the charms. Kelsie helped me understand the up keep for the bracelet with the charms of cleaning the items.

I had a great Experience with marissa. Shes a great addition to this store and I will be coming back to shop. She pointing out sale items and gave me a great deal.

pandora is a very nice jewelry store.It has different varieties of charms,rings,etc.Everything is well organized,and no trouble anything.Workers are very helpful and managiible when it comes to there customers.

Exceptional Service

When I arrived at the store Maria L my salesperson immediately was available to help us she helped me pick out a charm and explain to me what I need to do and how to keep my merchandise clean and educated me on how to properly take care of it. She is the most knowledgeable person I ran into at Pandora. And she is definitely the reason that I will be back at Pandora however recommending someone to that particular location I'm not sure because I don't live in the area just passing through is how I ended up at the West Hartford store but I'm glad I did!!
