I was given great customer service. The associate, Marissa (168341) was very helpful and friendly. I am disappointed about the retirement of certain items, like the Murano cut glass beads, and how much the prices have gone up. Fortunately, there was a sale going on.

Melissa from Pandora was absolutely fantastic. She was more than helpful explaining prices as well as helping purchase a gift for a woman with a brain injury. Holly who is the assistant manager had an amazing attitude. Both associates helped with sales as well as really making me feel so comfortable shopping here. I highly recommend both employees to continue to be a part of the Pandora team and I am more than appreciate of both.
