Chi D helped me to find my bracelet and charm,but some were available in the store not all of them, so She helped me to find all my stuff from online with patience,she was very friendly and helpful.

The costumer service is excellent

I went to Swarovski at first and was completely turned off by the rude staff. I went to Pandora after and the woman who helped me was so sweet, quick, and knew all the merchandise. Thank you guys for your great customer service!!! Will definitely be returning.
