Alessandra W. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the merchandise I was looking at. She went above and beyond to assure that what I was getting was going to fit to my satisfaction. I am pleased with my purchase as well as her assistance in helping me. Upon my return to the store shopping with my sister Jessica was a great help in assisting my sister and being sure that we had the same merchandise. Because my sister had to place her order online as the bracelet she wanted wasn’t available in store as it sold out. Thank you both for all your help.

Since I walk in the store they were very kind to me and my son and even help me with him so I can choose the ring I wanted. I took a lot of time almost an hour and they were very nice didn’t show me they were ok hurry or nothing they were just there with me helping me out. I really love how they treat me and my son and how they help me with the size and compliment my nails and how the ring look on me. I even had to go to the bathroom to take my son and come back and once I came back she help me again and I change the ring and there was no problem with that. I really love this pandora and the treat they have us I got myself the perfect mother day gift thanks to pandora and crew member.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products she sales. She was friendly they are were very pleasant. She was able to answer all my questions without asking others. She makes me want to frequent this location all the time. Great job!
