Pandora Jewelry

The store is nice, bright, fun to shop. The one problem I have is that it is very uncomfortably hot in there. So much so that I don’t want to shop just come for what came for and get out quickly.

I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The store was neat and well placed. I was there to inquire about purchasing some charms from the countries I had visited during my vacation and was very disappointed to find out that they can only be purchased different country charms in the country they represent which is very unfortunate as I was not in the vicinity of shopping center that might have a Pandora store. I would hope that your company would consider at the least to have them available on line for purchase.

I always love visiting the Store, this cost I purchased several items and the sales associates were very helpful we were in and out quickly.

Sales associate Marissa B. was fantastic. My son was doing the shopping and she engaged with him and respected him as I assume she would an adult. She spent the time to find exactly what my son wanted for his sister. There were a lot of empty slots on the display boards which made me think that we were missing many options. But ultimately he found the perfect present for his sister and a future Mother's Day gift for me. Great overall experience!

Jessica is a sweet sales associate :). She was very patient and kind to the standard that my mom has when it comes to jewelry. Jessica has been working here 4 months and she is one of my favorite people at this Pandora!
