The sales person,Manager personality!

I came day before Christmas to get a gift. Not really the best time and the store was crowded. The staff efficiently had two lines set up and while the was a little wait to get in once inside the sales person was very helpful and got you quickly through process and you were in payment line. The had a manager or sales association directing you from front of store which was very helpful. The sales/manager was very pleasant and experience was very favorable considering large crowd. Overall I was very pleased.

Well organized, knowledgeable and very friendly staff handling a large amount of customers in a small store. I was able to get in quickly, purchase from a nice selection and out quickly. Perfect!!

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The wait to be helped was only 30 minutes. The selection of rings was super cute.

I was greeted warmly upon entering the store. The sales associate was knowledgable and friendly. I felt my business was valued and I appreciate the great treatment. This high regard for customers is very rare. Kudos to the staff, they are assets to your organization.

Great product knowledge and cheery person as lity of the sakes sales associate. She listened to my needs and came up with beautiful ideas for decorating the bracelet.

The assistant store manager, Nikki, was courteous, helpful and made my holiday shopping experience a great one!

The salesperson was extremely helpful. She knew where to find items that I was interested in and made it easy to shop. No wait time at all. I am not a jewelry shopper so I found ths experience very helpful.
