The store manager waited on me immediately. I brought in 2 Pandora bracelets that had broken. The first one I had called Pandora central office & was essentially dismissed. Was supposed to have a follow up that never happened. The manager helped me within minutes. She was pleasant, cleaned the Pandora jewelry I was wearing & gave me tips that no one else had over the many years & many, many dollars I spent on Pandora.
