i went to return a bracelet and was debating on finding another one to match the ring i was wearing. Kelsie was a GREAT help. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up walking out with a bracelet I never would have put together on my own along with with a necklace/earring set I wasn't even particularly shopping for. So instead of just returning a bracelet or exchanging like for like I ended up spending another $500 but thrilled with everything I purchased. I am certain I would not have found these products without the help of the very knowledgeable and helpful sale associate Kelsie.
