The sales associates that helped my husband and I were exceptionally friendly! They presented the charms we picked out of the catalog for us to inspect closer and didn’t pressure us at all to buy. One of the associates even looked for a discontinued set of earrings for our daughter and found that there were only 3 more available in the whole company. She happily special ordered them for us-and kept it a secret from our daughter who was with us!
