The customer service was great. Both Sales associates helped my mom and I greatly they weren’t rude like some other Sales Associates at different Pandora stores. They also took the time to help me find the exact ring that was the best fit for me, the service was great in my opinion.

Upon my entrance i was greeted. I asked for a specific bracelet, the last one was a display. She offered to clean it for me and offered the best items within my budget. I am a regular customer at this location and Chasity has always been great!

Kelsie was very attentive. No less than a minute of me walking in the store, she saw me viewing the rings and immediate asked me my ring size. She pulled all the rings in my size and waited patiently while I tried on several.
