I knew what I wanted, I had did my selection on the website and called the store and they had one bracelet on hand. It was nice to have put it on hold and the next five and a half hours I went to the store.

We were greeted by a salesperson immediately, and she was very helpful. She assisted us in finding the perfect gifts.

The sales lady was so friendly and helped me pick out charms. And took her time and did not rush me.

The ladies were very nice and helpful. We came in wanting to buy only one item and left with two still in our price range because they went out of their way to help us. This is one of the many reasons why this location is my favorite to visit.

Chasity was very knowledgable about the various charms and helped me make good choices for my bracelet. I went back into the store with my granddaughter to look at the leather bracelets and again was helped by a courteous and knowledgable sales person.

I wish I knew the girls name that helped me. She was so pleasant and nice! Her kindness made my day. The store was packed and the waitlist was so long but she made me feel like there was no rush! She was so fantastic and the only reason I did this survey!!!! Amazing customer service!!!!
