All the lady’s were kind. Everyone seamed to know a lot about the product. And my sales girl was sweet and confident in the products!

The two sales ladies there were excellent....friendly and professional. I had Chasity R wait on me personally. She recommended a set (as I was just going to get the charm), and I bought that as a Christmas present to myself. I originally was only going to get a $100.00 gift card. I bought that also for a gift for my daughter in law. It was a pleasure to shop there.

My wife bought a charm, but the locket fell loose before we got back home. Called the store,, returned the next day for a replacement ,, no problems at all. Sales rep and store manager friendly and cooperative.... will continue to shop at the Wethersfield CT store and keep my account active.
