I love pandora. Pandora usually has the most unique charms that I'm looking for. Right across from where I work in the mall.

Every associate in the store was friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Maria is wonderful to work with and appears to be a great leader to her staff. I have made other purchases at another store and service and attentiveness was nowhere near that of this store. We will return!

The store associates have an honest smile as you enter the store and respect your space when you ask for a couple of minutes just to look around. I was informed of special offers with limited edition sales. I love all Pandora jewelry.

I felt like the store associates were being too pushy with forcing add ons. I understand they have to meet there sales goals but it was a force. I also see that I was $4 away from qualifying for a free bracelet and the associate didn’t say anything about it.

I was very satisfied with my service. The representative that assisted me was great. It’s the prices of the charms I wasn’t Highly Satisfied with.
