Sales associate was condescending

We patiently waited in line til we were called to come in but no one greeted us afterwards so we didn’t quite sure who’s assisting us, we patiently just stand in there til we end up to a saleslady who is rushing us because she’s supposed to be on break, her saying that a couple times made it feel like its our fault coming in there and holding her to assist us so I had a really really hard time to think and decide what should I get. I never knew her name, but we ended up to a different saleslady and she really helped us and gave us better choices of jewelry. I just wish all staff are like that, because now we are really planning on never going back over there.

Very helpful staff

After I left, store I saw email that I had received on 12/17/22 stating I could get free bracelet with purchase of $150 or more. My purchase was +$170 & was made on 12/18/22 but there was no mention of promotion. I used my Pandora credit card. How do I get free bracelet now??

I had a online return which I wanted to do a exchange, associate was very helpful she did the exchange for me.

I had a exchange it was nice and smooth,associate was really helpful & friendly

The products are great but you need more cooperation with other companies, like Hello Kitty.
