I had no issues at the store. They were very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely return to this store at some point in the future

I wish there was a greater selection of charm for what I was looking for. However the service was great

I had to wait for 25 minutes with customer care over phone to get my 10% welcome offer.

There was a wait time to be serviced. The product selection was small. There were no sales available.

I had an exchange for a larger bracelet and it was more difficult than it needed to be. It was a gift, I had the receipt on my phone, but they couldn’t find it in the system. A bit frustrating.

Product availability and pricing

The only reason is specific advertised bracelet not being in stock. Just my opinion that Pandora, seeing how quickly bracelets were being sold, they should of sent out more to stores. Not telling stores when restocking is.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase and experience.
