The staff was very kind and helpful. The charms i was looking for were not available but the staff helped show me more options and was very knowledgeable.

I bought pandora at farmington, westfarm mall, ct .the area it was clean and the girl help me so much. Usually I bought there and she was the same girl when help me.

Because I was looking for some ideas for my daughters and I and I can’t find something that get my attention and the ones that I liked they’ve been out of stock for a while

Though the customer service was not bad, the rep seemed more interested in what she was doing before than in helping the customers. I don't know if she just didn't want to be there or if she had a poor customer experience before I arrived, but I felt rushed and like she was really only helping because she was the only person available. I've been to 2 other stores where the customer service was so awesome that I purchased more than I actually went in for. Honestly, I'd rather shop online.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because the lady was a little pushy with trying to sell me all these other things and was saying that I couldn’t bring my jewelry to get cleaned if I didn’t buy certain things which I know for a fact is not true.
