I was overall satisified with cleaniness of the store and how professional and friendly the staff were. I just wish some of the charms weren't so expensive.

The sales associate was not accommodating. While shopping I asked for one of my bracelets to be cleaned, she let it sit while she completed my exchange causing me to wait even longer. When I asked about some discoloration in a charm she told me it was from me washing my hands. I rarely wet my bracelet and when I do I quickly dry it. Her answer did not seem knowledgeable and she didn’t seem concerned that I was dissatisfied with her answer.

Very friendly staff helping us and informative to reach out to order an item for us that wasn't in stock at the store that day.

The store is very small so the line to enter was quite long. I wasn’t really able to look around because there wasn’t much to look at. However, the booklet on merchandise was just fine and the salesperson was patient and kind.

Store too small to shop around and sales associate didn’t want our party of 3 to go in which was 1 mother and 2 young daughters under 16. Kind of ridiculous

I understand social distancing guidelines but the long wait times would cause me to order online instead of at store. I was misinformed and no one apologized, instead I was made to look like a liar. I was asked if I wanted to scan the catalog. I asked the rep if I could order from there and just pick it up since I knew what I wanted already. I was told I could so I did that. When I finally got into the store I explained that I had ordered already and was told I could t do that. The. The rep was told not to inform customers to do that but she said she never told me that. I felt like I was being called a liar and expressed that and no one apologized . My order was processed and I left with ease but I walked out feeling crappy and like the wait on that line will never be worth me going there again.

The sale associate was very friendly and help me out great the manger was also friendly but the other associates who were exactly two of them one just walking around and talking to another associate were they just started making faces and talking about the customer unprofessional there’s so many great things you guys have it’s hard to make up your mind. Besides that my associate was awesome!!!

It was my first time, and the person that assisted me was very nice, but she had on really long nails and she did not want to close the clasp, because it would be difficult for her to open it again.

Regular people cannot afford to pay for Pandora. Can you please make your product more affordable? Can afford to shop here too often because I live on a budget.
