I was loking for the leather bracelet and they only have 2 colors and then the girl told me one price and when i make the purchase was a different price but I bought it because i was already there

It seems to be a normal. The Promotions Seems to be less interesting

Lack of options and organization . It’s not easy to walk around and browse in the store. The wait line outside also makes the client feel rushed

Everything was great. I only wish there was a larger selection of rings that are not as flashy as most of the rings. I would be thrilled if there was a selection of more dainty and less flashy rings.

Availability of certain item such as my birthstone

I was highly satisfied with how friendly and helpful Meghan W. was in assisting me! I had to exchange a charm because it was a duplicate, I already had it. She also asked if I was interested in seeing anything else. She was great with checking prices, giving options, and showing additional products. I had already purchased plenty of items the past two days in two different Pandora stores but I bought six more charms from her! She is awesome and very nice!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY

The customer service was great, no reason for the rating. I always have a great shopping experience at that store.
