There was no visible hand sanitizers in the store. No cleaning happening while in the store even though everyone was touching everything. Did not feel safe. Also lack of items on sale.

On returning a product that was purchased that was to large ,did not fit ring finger asked for a smaller size did not have the size on hand we settled for the next available size sales clerk went to her manager for the exchange manager questioned that the time line foe returning the product was passed its date I purchased it for my wife on Nov. 25 for Christmas and it was Jan 12. Manager came to us she would let it slide this time and reminded my wife and I rudely that we had 30 days from the time of purchase. I have been shopping Pandora for the past 15 years for my wife and daughter , with that attitude from sales its , time to look for other gifts, manager needs to be kinder and use more finesse with customers.

I purchased a bracelet not even a week ago n it jus feel off. I went back to the store n I was given a number to call corporate I haven’t receive a call or call back yet

The store was difficult to maneuver around despite the line process they had in place. It made it difficult to see all of the merchandise and it felt rushed.

The person taking care of me forgot the earrings I had to go all the way out of the mall and then come back and tell her she forgot my earrings that’s another half hour

The price of the merchandise is high. The quality should be higher for the price that we are paying. Also, there were a few rings that I wanted to look at but the store didn’t have my size in stock.

The staff was really friendly but nothing was particularly special! The associate who helped me was really kind but not necessarily genuine. I would have liked more starter silver rings. The staff was very kind and smooth though!
