1. When I find out something I want to buy, I always wanna have a totally new product in this store inside the stuff in the display window. But sometimes Pandor doesn’t have a new product in store, so they just give me the one which is a demo in the display window.

At first I felt ignored and looked over by the sales associates...they went to help customers who walked in after iv been waiting for someone to assist me ... but once I was approached by who I think was the manager , the service she gave me was wounderful but if I didn’t receive the great service that I did by her I would of most likely never returned

The store was small. The rings you sell do not stay nice after a few months they look tarnished and awful and for the price it’s not worth it. The other jewelry is great.

The lack of physical space. We were stacked in their like cockroaches. The store could use an upgrade in terms of space.
