Pandora Jewelry

There was a very long line to enter the store. Once I was able to enter the store I was looking at merchandise and asked if the items I was viewing were a part of the current sale. I was told the merchandise was not, I would have liked to be told what merchandise items were a part of the sale.

i like the pandora charms a lot but most of the time what i am looking for is out of stock. The store is little smaller in area. i experienced that the employee was rushing while showing me different options.

the selection of essence beads were limited. The associate said I could order from the on line store. she said they dont't because they sometimes get lost

Quality of the product

Sales associate did not have good knowledge of product. When item wasn't in store simply said "not available" rather than calling other stores, getting it shipped to me, etc. I felt I was pushed into buying a certain item because it was new...

I was told I could not keep my earrings in to shower. Meaning I have to constantly keep taking them off and putting them back on, something that I never had to do with any of my other jewelry. Paying such a high price for something, I would expect that it would be fine getting wet when I shower.

The (2) saleswoman first on the floor did not recognize that we were there and also took a male customer who just walked in without saying anything to us. Another saleswoman came on the floor - Marissa B and she was very helpful with our ring purchase.

Store is busy and tight. Charms not in cases

Not enough room to move around in the store. Wasnt quite sure what I wanted. But knew what I didnt want. I was asked about earrings, and informed I like hoops. I waa only shown a certain selection of hoops, I purchased a pair, but when I left i noticed a pair in the window in would have preferred that was never shown to me.

Very nice and friendly people the store was very clean and everything I was looking for they had it
