The sales rep who helped us moved very slow. Also she was not the most open to helping us like I saw other reps were. She was nice but it took a lot for her to help and took a long time.

The associate who assisted me was not as friendly as I’d hope. She was busy helping someone else when she assisted me. Due to the fact that I took some time in deciding what I was going to purchase, she seemed as if she was getting frustrated. Additionally, there were not a lot of products in the store that I had hoped to see. I picked out a few rings from the booklet and the store didn’t seem to have the sizes I wanted in those rings.

Because sale person looked new and didn’t know alot. I feel prices are a little too high.

A sales associate came over after I was looking at an open item left in the counter as if I was gonna steal it ...I was in the middle of looking at it turned to get my son from behind me and it was gone as if I wasnt sitting there trying to see if I wanted to purchase one like it

Decent selection of merchandise. Not many ring options with hearts. Too many large sizes.
