The store was very tight. Not much room to maneuver through the store. The salesperson noticed a problem with one of my charms and chose to disregard it.

The only downside to my visit was the store size and set up vs. how crowded it was. It was difficult to navigate the store, and the area I was interested in (rings) was very crowded and it took some time to be able to handle and try rings on. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable.

I dint had no problem the employed who took me she was awesome she did her job and I'm sure I'll be going back soon

The only reason I was not highly satisfied is because they only have certain styles in certain ring sizes. If they had every style in every size it would be perfect. I still love pandora :)

It was frustrating to not be able to have multiple trays of charms out at a time while making a choice.

The charms displayed on the book were not in the store. I was told by the sales associate If I wanted a specific charm I needed to order online... would take 2-6 weeks if I order with them....

The 3 charms I wanted to purchase, the store was out of.

Although items were available to look at in the book, the selection at the store was not big. The sales person kept looking for things as I asked to see them. Many items not on display. I felt like making her look for things was taking a lot of time especially since I already made my choice and just wanted to look

I BROUGHT A BANGEL ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND IF LOOKED LIKE IT WS SCRATCHED AND WHEN I WENT TO RETURN TO GET A NEW ONE THEY ACT LIKE I COULD NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT LOOK LIKE I PURPOSELY SCRATCH IT, I FELT SOME KIND OF WAY, THEY WAS ABLE TO GET THE SCRATCH OUT BUT DID NOT LIKE HOW THEY WAS TRYING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE

Extremely crowded in this small space during the holidays. I was not able to look around because there was no room
