The sales associate was new and not as knowledgeable about the charms as I was hoping. The manager was available at a moments notice, but it was busy and somewhat chaotic in the store. I think that the new sales associate should have had a dedicated associate partnered with her, instead of leaving her on her own.

My disatisfaction comes down more about the bracelet itself that I bought over Christmas in NYC at macy's. It's a BRACELET MOMENT. I can't close the bracelet itself while having it on with ONE HAND. I NEED somebody to do that for me. It's unreal, right!! I tried tour your vendor Associates to make an exchange but said it was not possible because I got it from MACY'S.

It was close to Xmas time and the line was too long, they should of had more sales people in the store

I went to pick up my order and they could not find it . Luckiky by memory i remembered the four item i chose. I had to wait in line to get in the store. It took quite a long time to try to locate my order. Without success we had to start all over again. I was pressed for time for an appointment. The sales assistant was very patient,discouraged but very helpful to finalize the sale.
