Sales representative did not want to process my online return in store but told me to return by mail. I would've considered using the return to purchase a new item but that opportunity was lost.

There was a line wrapped around the store, which was not shocking on Black Friday. But, it became quite clear the customers in line way behind us were being brought products and being checked out. And no, they were not online orders. I was NOT impressed by that at all!

the store attendant only showed me a ring color I wanted, she didn't show me the display so I could see the others and when I finished the purchase she didn't ask me if I wanted to see something else, really bad service

I had placed an order for in store pick up, when I got there, the line was kinda long to get in. I called the store and asked if I had to wait in line if I was just picking up an order, they told me yes. While I was waiting in line for about 25 mins a woman walks straight into the store skipping the line and pick up her order. When I finally got inside I asked the associate why she didn’t have to wait in line, she responded that she was a VIP member because she has a Pandora credit card. I was so upset because I ALSO HAVE A PANDORA CREDIT CARD AND WAITED IN LINE FOR 30 mins!

Associate doing the exchange for me was a bit rude. Purchased a bracelet and it’s a GIFT and she seemed upset that I didn’t have my grandmother measured to make sure I had the right size. It’s a gift and it’s a surprise. Not sure what the issue was with that. I get returns are annoying to do since you want to be making sales but they’re bound to happen. Why not still deliver good customer service. I have been a long time customer to Pandora and will continue to be but I just didn’t appreciate the service and her attitude. I prefer to support brick and mortar stores but I can always just choose to shop online.

The customer service of the store associates on my were unprofessional. I felt rushed and they were rude.

Even though my identity was verified by email, I was still asked to provide a valid identification for purchase with my credit card. I witnessed the shopper before me with a larger purchase not being asked for any identification.

she pulled out only 1 charm that i was looking for and it was the most expensive one so I asked for another one and she told me that the first one would be good when I didn’t want to pay that price. then she tried to convince me after saying no to get a Pandora credit card and I told her no thank you and she still went ahead and tried to convince me rudely.
