We love Pandora and the jewelry but the associate made the experience unpleasant, she was there but acted like she didn’t want to be there. It was a awkward experience, I wish she would’ve been more friendly and outgoing she was just Blah! I was in there buying my 15 year old a ring she wanted for her birthday, the associate didn’t even ask, she didn’t even try to make conversation. It was like she was just sick of being there. My advice to you hire people that have great customer service skills.

I was really confused and did not know what to purchase. I really took longer than I expected to find something. The overall items selection was dull this visit.

Very difficult to get any help. Staff extremely rude and disinterested in helping us. Very busy with no system as to which person to help first.

The sales associate told my daughter she could exchange her ring for the correct size then the manager said no because it was worn.

My husband and I felt rushed to pick items I wasn’t looking for because they didn’t have one of the ring size I choose from the display Jewerly window and they didn’t have the bracelet I wanted and when I choose another bracelet I liked they didn’t have the size! I still bought 5 different items but was disappointed that they didn’t have three of my preferences.

The manager gave me a hard time exchanging the item because it was purchased out of state. The item that I’m choosing to exchange was on sale but the manager said it was only sale online. But eventually I found the same item in the sale section. So obviously the manager tdidnt know what she’s talking about. I ended up purchasing more item but when the manager was placing my order in the iPad. I noticed that the item that was on sale is still not markdown. I asked the manager about it & she immediately got upset & freaked out. She was very inappropriate. That’s why I have no plans to come back in this pandora store.
