The sales person was less than friendly and was not at all willing to answer questions. As a first time purchasor I had a few questions and it was if the sales associate could not fathom why I would ask a question such as can you give me another location to go and try on the ring

After the sales associate was instructed to help my son and I she kept on frantnizing with prior customers and was not very attentive to me and my sons need. She did not know the price from much of the merchandise that we were looking at.

The inflation of the price was inconvenient. I was looking to purchase a charm but was surprised my the extra cost of the necklace. Next time I will check before I go shopping.

The sales associates were busy helping other customers upon my arrival. Manager was also busy but said someone would help me shortly. Once their transactions were completed. I stood and waited as 3-4 associates including the manager sorted through inventory. I believe they were looking for something. I don’t understand why they all needed to be doing that while I just stood there waiting. It wasn’t until I asked if someone could help me that the manager asked a sales associate to work with me. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable.

Sale associate was texting in her phone while assisting me. She also made it seem she knew best about my size bracelet rather than taking into account my comfort.

My experiences at Pandora of Westfarms Shopping Mall are usually a pleasant ones. However this visit the associate was not friendly, nor polite. I know lots of people are going through difficult times these days but stating simple pleasantries should not be ignored. A "Hi, how can I help you?" Can go a long way. A greeting of any kind would have been appreciated. If it were my first time in the store this would have been a complete turnoff. In addition to having no manners I was spoken to like a child and told "For future reference next time you have to wear a mask" very rudely. I was still serviced but I did not realize this was an issue. After being fully vaccinated and boosted I choose not to wear a mask because I just don't want to. It's that simple. Now was she being rude because I didn't have a mask I'll never know but I think as a customer and a fellow human being I still deserve kindness. I hope someone reads this and just understands that regardless of our differences of opinion, race, gender, sexuality, etc that being kind is universal and shouldn't be forgotten.

The sales associate who worked with me was phenomenal. She is not the person I had a problem with. I think it was the sales lead or manager in store who I thought was rude and spoke condescendingly towards me. I’ve had my bracelet for a few years but stopped wearing it because the clasp is faulty. When I asked if it could be fixed she was like do you see how worn out the clasp is and how worn out your charms are?! And I explained that everything is worn out because it’s been in a jewelry box for a couple of years. I honestly had not thought about my bracelet until I realized that I miss wearing it because of all the cute Valentine’s Day charms that came out. I think she could have been a little kinder. The sales associate who worked with me was very kind and patient. She helped me pick out a new bracelet, a clasp and two charms and helped me decide the order of putting my charms on my bracelet. She was lovely.
