There are little to no options for Charms for dad. Very poor selection. My dad's anniversary of his passing was on 1/28 and I wanted a Charm to celebrate him and had no options

The first thing is that I placed an order online which was to be ready for pickup in approximately 6 hours. Approximately 24 hours later I received a cancellation notice of the order, stating that the merchandise was out of stock. It was not out-of-stock as I was able to purchase when I visited the store that day. In addition, I had to wait 40 minutes in line just to enter the store.

Waited to be acknowledged even though i was literally the only customer in the store. Rep barely spoke. Unfriendly. Never even said thank you. All around unpleasant. People at this store have no business on front line. Borderline rude as if i was an inconvenience.

4 people working. Only one person was helping people and the others were on their phone. Asked one of them how much was a ring and she said she wasn’t sure which is funny because he works there.

Waited in line to enter store and no one even acknowledged us. Not one sales associate smiled the whole time we were being helped. Two associates were helping customers and two were restocking merch, even though there were about 10-15 people in line, they should have been assisting customers or at least acknowledging that there was even a line.

After waiting in line for about 20 minutes while other people in the store waste time and do not buy anything, I am able to go inside the store to purchase what I want. Speaking with one of the sales associates, who must’ve been new because she had no idea what I wanted and could not find it in the store, told me that I would have to purchase the item that I wanted online, even though it said there was one at the location. Finally after a process of the sales associate not knowing what she was doing (she told me that I would have to come back to the store and pick up my order to get free shipping, and I made it clear that it was not going to happen because I did not want to return to the store and I thought that if I made an in store purchase online that the shipping fee would be waved due to the stores inability to stock products), I was able to get the charm I wanted and the necklace chain with free shipping after about another 10 minutes in the store in two separate orders.

I brought my pandora jewelry in to get cleaned and they refused to clean it because “it will take all day” according to the sales associate. I had no problem dropping it off and coming back for it but the employee was very rude and said I can do it myself at home.

There were 3 associates taking care of one customer and only 2 associates inside. The line was insane. Very unorganized
