Sales associate was busy talking and giggling didn’t bring out tray for me to see went in and took a couple of charms in her hand

SA was not knowledgeable about any of the questions I asked... I had a return she did not know how to process, or even if she could process. I wanted to see the new fall 2020 charms, she said they did not have any. They did. I asked about a specific charm, she could not have cared LESS about finding it for me. I must say I left the store wholly dissatisfied. That has been my experience for the last several years in my area.

This was the 3rd Pandora store I went to throughout this day trying to find a ring I needed to exchange that I purchased as a gift because the stone fell out & the person gave it back to me so I could get them another one. This store didn't have it but I figured I would see if there was anything else I could buy & I had already purchased other items at the first store I went to (the 2nd store had no power). The Pandora associate, Kelsie, seemed bothered & annoyed. She said they were not associated with the Pandora stores inside of Michael's Jewelers. I just wanted to locate another ring anywhere. I asked to look at a tray & I selected a pendant to purchase. I asked about the Pandora Me wristlet & she was not informative about it & proceeded to check me out. I had to ask several questions to find out how I could get one because it was never presented/offered to me. She then said I had to make $100 purchase after she checked me out & mine was $55.29 so I walked out to stand back in line so I could make a qualifying purchase to get the Pandora Me wristlet. If she would've just told me to begin with I would've just met the requirement even though I think she lied about the requirement.

The lady that dealt with my daughters and I was very rude and Seem she did not want to be working or taking Care of us that day

I spent over $100.00 and asked if my other completely full bracelet could be cleaned. She said no. Not today. It would take too long.

The sales associate was not the most friendly or welcoming. She was helpful but did not seem happy to be at work or to be helping a customer. I felt like I bothered her

Not much ring selection and made an exchange and given a ring that everyone tries on usually get a new one I had to ask to have is shined as it wasn’t shiny at all. Had to pay more as I had purchased original ring on Black Friday

I bought a ring as a Christmas gift in early November. It was $85. It turned her finger green and the finish became dull and this was after one searing. I brought it back and they would not refund money due to over 30 days. Ridiculous

The staff was very rude. I was waiting needlessly why they chatted amongst themselves. They seemed unwilling to do a gift card. And uninterested in if I even bought something or not.
