There was a $10.00 price discrepancy in one of the charms and the manager did not honor the price listed in the book we were working from because she said the one in the case was marked with correct, higher price. You can call me petty but I guess you can same the same for your manager. I will not buy pandora any longer.

I knew exactly what rings I wanted to try on. The sale associate was easily able to find them for me and very quickly. I checked online before I came in to make sure this store would have the right sizes. When I got there I was told they didn’t have the size I wanted and that online is usually inaccurate so I bought a ring in a different size and am disappointed. Will most likely be returning this

Unfortunately I bought a sale piece that when I went home was not connected to the top charm piece. I am not sure what happened but because it was a sale piece I couldn’t return it and was the last one the store had. I have never had a problem with pandora and will probably still shop there. I understand but it just stinks because I loved the charm.

I live in Middletown ct I drove all the way to west farms in west Hartford to get the suppose deals did not like what they had I did purchase a bracelet for charms for 65 dollars and when I got home it’s no good the clasp won’t close all my charms fell on the floor not very happy at now i have to return to west farms to exchange the bracelet not happy at all and I have to wait in line just for that

I received a gift from my in-laws and went to the store to exchange it and the sales associate was very nice and was willing to exchange it but then the manager said I had to lose 35% of the price to get something else ( it was a ring and I don’t wear rings so I was going to get a pair of earrings instead ) even though the item is brand new and never been worn and they were probably going to resell it for the full price . Even the sales associate did not agree with the policy and felt it was unfair .

Associate not very knowledgeable of the products. Did not listen when asked to split the cost between to forms of payments.

No one greeted us when we walked in. The girls wasn’t friendly and had an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and that’s when the attitude changed a little.

I was looking for a specific charm for a Confirmation Sponsor gift. They did have the charm I wanted but it was scratched terribly and looked used. They only had that particular one and I didn't have time to have a new one shipped so I settled for a different cross charm which again was the only one in the store. This time of year you would think there would be more options as well as more stock of these items. I was also looking for the Navy Blue leather braided bracelet and they were completely out of those too. To say the least I guess I should consider myself lucky to have found a religious charm at all. I love Pandora but it's frustrating when this isn't the first time I wasn't able to purchase what I was looking for.

My associate was very rude and had a unwelcoming facial expression. No eye contact, short smart month responses.
