The associate had a bad attitude,she seemed like she was simple annoyed.didn’t acknowledge us,wait was long but that is understandable before Christmas but a little talk and friendliness would be nice from the workers

Last night I went into the westfarms location in Connecticut. I first stood at the door waiting to be told if I could come in as I know they have covid rules in place the associate looked up and told us i could then enter as i approach her she walked away from the counter. I then began to start browsing as I was shopping for a gift for my mother. The employees asked if I was looking for a particular item which I replied no. She then rolled her eyes and told my sister and I not to touch anything and walked alway. The rest of the employees then ignored us until I saw a new employee come from the back and I asked for help. As soon as the original employee who was rude noticed I came to spend money she began to interrupt the conversation I was having with the new employee that was trying to help me find a gift. It felt as if she didn’t value me until she realized I was a sale for the store. It’s very upsetting to see this is how they treat people who they believe aren’t spending money and in the future I will no longer be shopping at this location.

For this being the second time i have visited this store. The employees lack customer service skills. It’s unfortunate with this being the only pandora store in the area you would think the experience would be better. I love pandora and its jewlery but its not worth dealing with unprofessional and rude employees.

The lady who attended me was rude and left me while I was asking for some stuff she look at me like I don’t have money ro purchase

The sales associate was very unwelcoming. She has an attitude the entire time which made me very uncomfortable. I work in customer service and I know how important it is to make a customer feel welcomed and comfortable. I wanted to buy more charms but felt rushed so I walked out with my one item.

I went today to exchange earrings and I’ve never been to the Pandora store before so I was curious to see what you had to offer. I was thinking that I wanted a ring but wasn’t sure what I wanted. After waiting in a long line to enter the store where only 4 guests are allowed in, I was not greeted by an associate. I wasn’t offered any assistance or even acknowledged . I walked around looking for where the rings were displayed. Unfortunately 2 women who enter red AFTER me were already being assisted and they moved the rings out of he display for the women. The rings were relocated in a cabinet. I asked to see such rings but was denied. I was told by the associate Alessandra to look in the catalog. IF I wanted to shop by looking at pictures I would have shopped online. Very unprofessional and clearly your associates don’t care about customer service. This is my first and last experience at Pandora. The ring I bought is very cheap also. Highway robbery .

Store managers were very rude and unprofessional. There was a line outside the store and people were being told to walk around and come back since line was too long but when I would come back there would be new customers on the line and I was still unable to get on line. Several other customers experienced the same thing and became upset that employees were not managing or keeping an eye on the line. Store manager was very Condescending and tried to tell me, a nurse, about rising covid numbers. I am well aware of covid numbers and do not need a Pandora manager to tell me. My point to her was that I had come back twice as I was asked and still could not get on the line because she was not watching it. She completely ignored me and began arguing with another customer. She started yelling and cursing. Another manager came out and began yelling and cursing at customers as well. I understand precautions being taken due to covid however myself and many other customers were treated very poorly for no reason.

Las empleadas las 2 veces que ido a la tienda a comprar me trataron mal y que quieres nose déjame mirar sólo puede mirar una vez y irte no vuelvo a la tienda compraré online ya que por no hablar el idioma inglés y no ser una high clase tratan a uno mal

The employees were talking among each other as they watched me wait outside for 15 minutes. Then the customer service was horrible. Employees were extremely rude towards me to the point of extreme uncomfort.
