First let me say I love your product. I had to wait 5 to 8 minutes to receive help because the staff was talking about their nose piercings and if they moved or not. They even yelled across the store to a staff member with a customer. That staff member finally told them to come help and they did bickered about who was going to help me. Then I had to go in store and pay full price because the item I purchased 11/28 still has not arrived costing me more money because of b Ack Friday sale. In addition I will need to go back to return if they ever arrive. I should be refunded for all five items. Due to such terrible service. lmhen724@aol.com. Linda.

I'm sorry, I meant to say that I'm highly satisfied with the Pandora experience. The employer is kind and friendly. Jessica helps me with the purchase I want and I am really pleased how quickly my transaction was. I will definitely go back to this Pandora store for future purchase.

A ring my mother had bought for me weeks in advance to my birthday got tarnished a week after I got it, I went to return it and the sales associate told me I wasn’t taking care of it and that it was bassically my fault it was like that. I decided I didn’t want that ring anymore and wanted to exchange it for another one. They said because it was 2 days past the 30 day mark, keep in mind I was there on December 26 so I couldn’t even go the day before because the mall was closed and the day before was Christmas Eve. And also I hadn’t actually gotten the ring until a few weeks after it was purchased, so why should I not be able to trade it in when I was not the one to pick it out And It was not even given to me with 30 days to bring back. The ring was clearly cheaply made and it shouldn’t have gone that fast because I had been treating my others the exact same way and they were perfectly fine. Worst coustmer service I have experienced and terrible quality of ring. The best they did after arguing with me was order me a new version of that ring.

The person I delt with was rude. Could not find anything, knew nothing about the merchandise and was very slow. The women had an additude the entire time. I've bought many items over the past couple years will probably go elsewhere for now on.

Sales Associate “Kelsie” from west farms mall was absolutely not wanting to take care of me and my friend. We went there to purchase a ring and we were first in line and she completely ignored us to take care of another person so we thought it might have been a coincidence. However, after waiting patiently for our turn she decided to skip us once again and decided to help another person that had come AFTER we were waiting. The person actually decided to let her know we were first which was obvious at that point and because of that she took care of us. The whole purchase this girl was rolling her eyes and making rude comments and did not want to help us whatsoever. My friend and I felt she was racist against us even though we were making a big purchase, she made it seem like we were not going to buy anything because she was inpatient. She should be fired and we should get compensation for dealing with such rude service.

The sales associate was helpful until she learned that I was married to my roommate which is also a female. To say that she and her work associate were Highly displeased with us being in your store is an understatement. They had offered the couple, who came in after us, to call another store to see if they had what they were looking for since you did not have it there. When I asked her if she would call the store to see if they had what I was looking for she said, I’m sorry we don’t do that. I said well how about online? Then they both said, we seriously doubt that what you’re looking for will be online either. I told her that I just received the email today. I cannot believe that you employ someone with such low customer service manners and professionalism. I am completely appalled and doubt that I will return to that store.
