The sales associate (Marie) was attentive and very helpful. She also remembered me from past years, I purchases prizes for a ladies golf league. The ladies are always so pleased with their prizes.

Had a great experience in the store with the consultants. They were super knowledgeable and patient in helping my decision process as I was looking for a birthday gift and some items for myself. My consultant Amanda was extremely helpful in the making the selections.

Maria helped me pick out 2 gifts . I took forever and she was so patient and recommended things I didn’t think of . Ended up getting what she suggested non birthday charms but more memorable items .

Although there was a lot of customers, as soon as an associate became available, I was greeted and helped immediately. I showed her the picture of the ring I was interested in and she quickly found it for me. I spent less than 5 minutes in the store.

Sales associate was beyond helpful, such a warm and kind personality too! I went in for a bracelet issue- came out with a fix and Christmas gifts, thank you again so much to the West Farms team they are fantastic!
