I purchased rings from the Natik MA store they did not offer me the free bracelet. I took it to West Hartford and they were able to return my purchases so that I could get the free bracelet. I was upset that the Natik store did not offer it to me during the promotion.

When ever I walk I n the store all the sales assoc. Great or try to greet each and every custermer , always with a smile and pleasant what customer could ask for more .

Sales associates all three was very friendly. The store was immaculate. My sales person was very helpful in helping me making a good choice of charms. Overall I drove and hour to West Farms Mall and it was worth all the traffic.
