I came in with a return for an exchange and the manager and sales associate were all so very well knowledged and helped me out so much

I was helped immediately Sales associate was very personable Sales associate helped me with discount

The second salesperson (Jailanee P #231116 ) who take my order was exceptional..!! Sadly I can not said the same about the first one. I was looking for some of the charms what I see online but the salesperson#1 looks upset and with out interested tell me they dont have that charm prices in store but the worst thing was She never offer me other products with similar prices or other jewerly with a discounted prices. At the end my transaction was for 250 dollars plus a Pandora credit card approved

Amanda J was very helpful, she went above and beyond with helping my husband and I decide on the bracelet style. She let try all of the bracelet I was interested on. I appreciate her patience and being so welcoming.
