The sales associate (Chi I believe) was so charming and personable it put me at ease, and she was extremely knowledgeable yet casual and helped me select the best chain for my pendant and my needs. Absolutely the kind of employee anyone would want, and one worth repeating patronage. Wonderful products and wonderful staff and service!

I was satisfied because even though the ring I originally wanted was not in stock I was able to find another one. Additionally the staff was very kind and helpful.

We came towards the end of the Pandora's employees day and nonetheless they where extremely helpful and patient . The employees where very kind and and allowed me try on anything I would like. They also gave us really good advice as to what size braclet to buy. We love all you merchandice.

I was assisted by the manager of the West Farms Mall store. I was greeted and helped right away. She immediately understood what I was looking for and showed me exact pieces that I was interested in. While I was looking at the yellow/gold charms I asked to have my silver bracelet cleaned which was completely for me while I was there. She even noticed a problem with the bracelet that I was unaware of and replaced it for me free of charge. I left the store having spent over $500 fully satisfied with two beautiful, shining like new bracelets.

Jessica was extremely patient and I appreciated that. I went back and forth for about twenty minutes on which rings to get, and she pulled out 3 different size tray rings for me to try on and play around with different styles in different sizes on different fingers. I sincerely appreciated it.

The store is clean and inviting. The associate I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return to Pandora in the near future.
