The associate niaya was kind and helpful . Good customer service and she has answers to all my questions I only wish they had coupons but they didn’t take it off my necklace set which was disappointing It’s not the associates fault She even offered me to open a Pandora card and save 10% And I wish there were more selections too .

The store manager Marie was tentative to the busy holiday time. She remained proactive by engaging with customers and having them scan the QR code to look at the catalog and have customers active. She assisted me and another customer with fixing a damaged item. The sales rep Chi was very friendly, attentive, caring, funny and was patient with us. She was extremely knowledgeable with the products and provided great opinions with the items selected.

Love the items

They sales associate was pretty easy to work with. Although they exhausted the promo bracelets the association made me comfortable with my purchase. My love one was pretty happy with the pandora product.
