First off when I walked in I wasn’t left unattended for long. The young lady that assisted me was wonderful and took her time with me and my child as well. Would definitely be back and will highly recommend for a friend.

The associate knew all the answers to my questions. She was very nice and attentive. She told me about the in store engraving that I didn’t even know about.

I was made to feel important. Associate paid 100% attention to me. The merchandise quality is exceptional.

Holli was very personable and well-versed in the store's available merchandise. She suggested a promotional deal, which we took, and seemed enthusiastic about the different charms that we asked to look at, often giving us a couple of different options to choose from. She even thought to give us a gift receipt for one of the free items we received with our purchase (which we intended to give to a friend) in case they needed to exchange it for a different size. Overall a very positive experience!
