I made a online purchase, was very excited to receive my gift to myself. When it came in the mail I noticed the size was too small I went to the local Pandora store where the exchange was so easy and fast

My sales person was very patient even when I did not know what I wanted she was on point with a few suggestions. My niece was buying her first bracelet and she gave up a few choices and help her to choose the one and on top of that she sold her a charm. So I wanted to return a braclet which I ordered on line . Natick store didn’t have it and the sales rep was rude . Wrentham didn’t have it . So I drove to ct to get it . The sales girl was awesome.
