Th sales associate was super helpful. She knew the stock really well. I was unsure what i wamted amd asked if she had a few different things (ladybugs,sunflowers etc) in a bead for a necklace. She was very kind an polite and was super helpful. This is myvsecond time at this store my first time the manager helped. She was fantastic and the reason i returned. Great staff and the store is super clean!

I had purchased a small barrel clasp bracelet on 12/31, but was having a really difficult time closing the clasp. I had my original receipt and asked if there was any way the clasp can be fixed, but that is rather exchange it for a bracelet of the same value with an easier clasp. The staff was very friendly and did not give me a hard time at all! They even let me try on a different size bracelet than the one I had on. I stayed with the size I had, but it was great that I was even given the option. I was able to contemplate a larger size bracelet in case I just wanted to slip it on without clasping and unclasping it. Unfortunately, it still would have been just a little too big when the charms were added. I was also looking for the Harry Potter sorting hat charm that is currently sold out online and most other Pandora stores. I was so lucky that this store actually had him! I bought him in a heartbeat. The woman who was helping me out put all of my charms from my other bracelet onto the new one along with my new charm, wrapped the whole thing in a nice box, and was a delight to work with. I left extremely satisfied.
