This store had exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate was very efficient, friendly & helpful. She didn't rush me and was extremely knowledgeable about the products.

Honestly I love going to the store in westfarms mall just because they are all very nice and they know exactly what I want my daughters and i have pandoras so when i purchase i always get 3 or 4 charms

Pandora is one of my favorite stores. Associates are always attentive, friendly and there’s always a great selection to choose from. I have never had an issue only have great things to say about Pandora.

The employees were very generous. I was in the store for no longer than 15 minutes. I was completely satisfied with how I was treated in the store.

The kind associate named Canetshly helped me choose a charm while I walked in not knowing what I wanted. She got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not the first time she's done this. She's also beyond patient with people!

I like all the charms and accessories they have in the store and everyone that works there are very nice good service

I don't really care for the long lines to get in the store,But customer service is always a delight, and the prices are great
