Told the sales associate what I was looking for and she showed me several items. I was impressed that she took the time with me. She was very friendly and did not rush me.

My associate was attentive to my needs we laughed and joked she told me I’m here for you do not worry about the next person let’s take our time she was worried about making sure I was taken care and satisfied before I walked out to door. She deserves an award and made me want to work at the store.

Holly H. #1495416 was not only pleasant and helpful but made me, as the customer, feel valued and appreciated. Holly took time to place beads on my bracelets and box them even though I said I could do it at home. Nothing was a problem. Everything was her pleasure. The store was busy and all the associates had customers but they spoke to each other with kindness and respect. This atmosphere is not the norm in 2021. They are a great representation for the Pandora brand!
