The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I lived closer, I would be back to this store. I loved the cleanliness with the hand sanitizers available to the customers and the way the store was set up for covid restrictions.

I walked into the Pandora store in the Westfarms Mall, Farmington, Ct and was greeted by Holli H, with the biggest smile (which was visible in spite of the mask!). A big hello, how are you, welcome and may I help you. Holli assisted me in selecting 2 charms for my granddaughter's birthday, but I did not ask to just see 2. Holli was very patient as she pulled charms for me and gave me all the time I needed to make my choices. Pandora has so many! Holli is a definite asset to your Farmington store!!!!

The store manager assisted me she was kind and professional. I had to sell my original Pandora bracelet during hard times. My son and I are rebuilding our life and I’m in a better place and I’m starting over with a brand new bracelet with a new meaning. I told Maria about this and she help me select my first charm love you mom and honor of my mother who passed away four years ago on August 31. It was an incredible moment to start my journey again with Pandora.
