Our SA was so nice and personable and made our experience great despite how indecisive I was about charms! She placed all charms I was questioning on the bracelet so I could visually see what it would look like to make the right decision. Very satisfied!

Although we bought the wrong bracelet size the sevice was kind and freindly. The worker who sold us the braclet (megan Winter) was even kind enough to tell us about her own experience with pandora charms. She told us about the international charms or out of of state pandora store that carry specific charms designed to their location.
