Your employee Chi was absolutely attentive in every way needed. I am in sales myself and felt super cared for and comfortable through my entire shopping trip. Chi didn't mind showing me options until I found two beads I absolutely loved. I went in for one but the customer service was so good and the experience so pleasant I ended up getting two. Chi should be commended for amazing customer service.
