Upon entering the store, I was immediately attended to. Jai was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to make a purchase, but ultimately I did and I am extremely happy!

The Salespeople were very polite and they were very helpful when I couldn't quite figure out what I wanted. It was such a pleasant experience because they made awesome suggestions and I actually took their advice and purchased a very nice necklace with a beautiful charm to go with it.

Jay was my sales rep. She was fun, bubbly and energetic. She assisted me with what I came in for. She was able to upsell me without being pushy or rude. She also convinced me to stay in the mall a little longer so she could clean my bracelet.

The team member who assisted me with my purchase was the best! She was super helpful in finding a ring for my boyfriend and I. She even told me how to go about getting larger sizes online.
