Had a great experience, sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable.

My visit to Pandora in the West Farms Mall was excellent. Although there was a line outside the store, I was greeted, asked the reason for my visit, pulled from the back of the line and helped at a small table at the front of the store to quickly exchange a ring that I bought for my daughter that was the wrong size. The employee was knowledgeable and completed my transaction quickly and politely, no questions asked or resistance. 😀

The representative who helped me, she was wonderful. Personable and I was the focus not anything or anyone else. She was sweet and made me and my daughter feel nice and welcome.

The sales people are very attentive and knowledgeable. Store is always spotless and displays are spotless.
